OMG HOLLY I hope everything goes well for you, pleas keep us updated if you can, I know the medical stuff will take up lots of your time in the next days - lucky you got the diagnosis and will have the surgery fast (((( hugs)))
SANDRA That was a big win at bingo, I love how organised you are with your meals, often I am trying to think of something, I usually have a few options available, just need to decide LOL always a fun decision.
INDY NO Andrew can't be that old, seems like just a short while since he was in high school - they are growing up too fast. I know you will miss seeing him, but you are going to get a FaceTime with him, not quite the same, I know you must miss him.
STRINGS your sis is doing really well, you must be relieved at that.
DEVONNE she must be ok, you would know if there was something wrong, she is just getting older, poor little thing, she will probably sleep longer these days.
It's Fathers Day here, we are heading out to dinner in a bit. Just to the local tavern. The food is good, and they have Aperol Spritz all day special for Sunday LOL So I will treat myself. - I am watching Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison in my Fair Lady, I think it's sad that the voice behind the songs was never really acknowledged, Marni Nixon did most of the songs, also did The King & I and West Side Story, I thought she might have done South Pacific too, but might be wrong about that.
I started some new threads, stay safe and cool everyone!

IT'S TRUE.......
1. MY AGE DOESN'T BOTHER ME. IT'S THE SIDE EFFECTS.
2. DON'T GET ALL WEIRD ABOUT GETTING OLDER! OUR AGE IS MERELY THE NUMBER OF YEARS THE WORLD HAS BEEN ENJOYING US!
3. CLEANING IS JUST PUTTING STUFF IN LESS OBVIOUS PLACES AND THEN WONDERING WHERE I PUT THEM.
ITS A LOVELY DAY TODAY. WE GOT MORE NEEDED RAIN. NOW ITS CLEARING.
HOLLY.....CONTINUING TO SEND GOOD VIBES YOUR WAY. POSITIVE THOUGHTS CAN'T HURT. HUGS GIRL.
CHERYL......DEAN, WISHING YOU A GOOD RECOVERY AND SOON. YOU DESERVE IT. HUGS FOR YOU.
DEVONNE......I HOPE DEAR GRACIE IS DOING BETTER TODAY. GIVE HER A GENTLE HUG FROM ME.
LINDA.....WISHING GOOD THINGS FOR YOUR SISTER AS SHE HEALS. IT ALL TAKES TIME.
ITS MY DAY OF REST SO NOT MUCH HAPPENING. I WILL PLAY IT BY EAR.
WISHING YOU ALL A GOOD HOLIDAY WEEKEND. HUGS, QB S ![]()

GOOD MORNING!
REMEMBER WHEN MY DOG WAS AGING. SHE SLEPT MORE AND AND DEEPER TOO.
MY SFIS HAD TO GO TO ER LAST NIGHT . HER SMART PHONE WARNED HER THAT HER HEART RATE WAS UP. THEY GOT HER BLOOD PRESSURE STABILIZED AND SENT HER HOME. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HER YET.
THINKING OF EVERYONE. PRAYERS............

Extra special thoughts for Cheryl and Dean, Linda and her Sis, Holly and her upcoming surgery.
It's Gracie's change of habits as to where she's sleeping that caused my concern. Today she's just fine. She's my last "child" at home! Just an old worried mother hen, lol. ![]()
Have a great rest of your Sunday everyone. Happy Father's Day to Warwick!

DEVONNE you have every reason to worry, I know you will care for her - with love - the rest of her life, we had a lovely dinner, thank you!
CHERYL I missed your post, so sorry he is sick, I was expecting it to happen - not fun, keep thinking about the end result, the body will take time to get back to "normal" and it will all be worth it (((( hugs))))
SANDRA I can really relate to that last one about cleaning, the number of times I put things away and can't find them, I have misplaced a nice necklace from Pandora, I am sure it's here somewhere, I need to pull lots of things apart to find it.
It's turned cold again, better than heat, but I would like the warm days and cool nights all year if possible
I do love to snuggle under a quilt, I was even thinking about turning the A/C on to warm up a bit, but really not worth it, we'll all be in bed soon anyway.
Megan & Chal had a long talk today - suffice to say I want to just hug and hug her, and I want him to have no peace. He deserves nothing. It's awful and he has destroyed any wish I had to forgive him, I never will.
It's going to be cold in the morning at training, I can't believe only have a couple more weeks to pick up Dean for his school life, of course I will be available when he is doing his final exams, 1st one is October 13, he is having his graduation mass on mum's birthday, she would have loved that. His graduation for school bus next day on 23rd, would normally be a pick up with the 100s of others - trying to get parking, or queuing up but he will finish after the ceremony. Lucky me
We have the timetable, one time I have a dentist appt, so I will not do that pick up, he can wait for me, or maybe John will be available.
The boys were funny last night - although they are both desperately in need of hair cuts
- John has now taken to doing the shh! signal to his mother, her imitates her perfectly LOL
Dean was reading the novel 1984 - again - and taking notes, it's one of the texts used in English exams, they need about 50 quotes from the text. I didn't like that novel, same as the Shakespeare in the curriculum, his is Othello, of all the plays you could pick why not give them a fun one once in a while, John had King Lear for his

PARISHABLE GOODS......
1. GOD IS STILL ON THE THRONE.
2. THE PEACE-MAKING MEETING SCHEDULED FOR TODAY HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO A CONFLICT.
3. ANOTHER HAM AND BEAN SUPPER WILL BE IN THE OFFERING.
4. HYMN: "LET ALL THE WORLD IN EVERY CORNER SIN."
5. LAST TIME WE ASKED FOR PRAYER FOR JERRY'S BUTLER'S FOOT. AFTER NINE MONTHS OF VARIOUS TREATMENTS, IT'S FINALLY ALL GONE.
ITS LOVELY OUTDOORS. SUN IS SHINING. TEMPS ARE IN THE 70S. BEAUTIFUL.
LINDA......GIVE DARRELL A HUG FROM ME FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. 91 IS NO EASY ACCOMPLISHMENT. I HOPE HE ENJOYS HIS DAY. ![]()
TRISH......GOSH, I DO THE SAME THING. THAT'S WHY I TRY TO MAKE A LIST OF WHAT I PUT WHERE WHEN I RE-ORGANIZE. IF I DIDN'T I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO FIND A THING. THEN I TAPE THAT LIST TO THE CLOSET DOOR OR KEEP IT IN MY DAILY JOURNAL FLAP IF ITS FOOD THAT I HAVE IN PLACES HERE AND THERE.
NOTHING PLANNED HERE FOR ME TODAY. JUST ANOTHER RELAXING DAY.
MY TATER TOT BEEFY CASSEROLE WAS AWFUL. I DIDN'T LIKE IT. NO SUBSTANCE TO IT. SO I COOKED AND ADDED SOME CORN NIBLETS AND SLICED CARROTS. HELPED A LITTTLE, BUT NOT MUCH. I THINK GROUND BEEF WORKS BETTER WITH DICED TOMATOES RATHER THAN A CREAM SOUP. IF I TRY IT AGAIN, THAT'S WHAT I WILL DO.
TODAY I THINK I WILL WEED OUT THE VEGGIES AND MEAT AND SAVE THE TATER TOTS FOR ANOTHER SIDE DISH. THEY WERE THE ONLY GOOD THING IN THE DISH.
TOMORROW IS MY APPT WITH MY REGULAR DOCTOR, OR I SHOULD SAY HIS ASSISTANT. I NEVER SEE MY DR. I NEED TO HAVE THEM SEND IN A NEW SCRIPT FOR MY FLUID PILL ANYWAY. ITS RUN OUT AND THO I HAVE ENOUGH FOR THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, I'LL NEED THEM TO LET MY MAIL SERVICE KNOW SO THEY CAN REFILL IT AGAIN.
THAT'S IT FROM ME. NOTHING EXCITING. STAY SAFE. ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY WHATEVER YOUR PLANS. HUGS, QB S ![]()

Holly, I'm so sorry you are having those problems. When I have irregular heartbeats. I try to remember that the cardiologist knows how to treat them and not worry. My feet were a bit swollen this morning so I took an extra diuretic (as dr has told me to do) - it has really worked! This afternoon I'm feeling rather lethargic, probably because my BP has dropped a little.

I went to visit Greg and Carter today and play with the new kitten. He is beautiful. Tiki is happy to have a playmate. They wash each other and are best buddies.
Holly, will be thinking about you. Sending prayers your way.
Cheryl, think of you and Dean often. Praying for the best.
Linda, a very happy birthday to Darrelll. ![]()
