OOPS, I forgot to start new threads, they have been done now
Before I forget, do you want to have the anniversary dates for those who have sadly lost their partners?? I have listed them, not sure if I should do that -- PM me if you prefer ((((Hugs)))
I have had a productive day, got some binding done, spent quite a while with our internet provider, I negotiated a good deal, our internet has been really slow, and also drops in and out, frustrating when you are watching something, PLUS after the last fiasco we were supposed to get a one month reduction and haven't got it, so armed with lots of screen shots etc I got onto a chat, I was Warwick LOL they don't know who's typing - end result a tech will be here on Thursday AND a refund of $78 immediately plus $20 reduction each month for 12 months. I have already screen shot all that - just in case ![]()
I had to message the Mr to tell him to ignore any messages from them ![]()
THANK YOU all for the good thoughts, my face still looks awful, but I'm now dark red not black, with some nice greenish tones on my temple/forehead
Couldn't see properly this morning my eyelid was so swollen, but better tonight with ice packs. Vision is good, and just sore where the bruising is. I slept fairly well last night, even with laying on that side. Got a laugh from Julie and Sarah comments, I sent them my pic, Julie commented that at least I sensibly matched my top - I had a red jumper on and my glasses have red frames
I started to try a block for Trentham, the paper is that thin tissue type, not going to be fun to sew on, seriously thinking about reprinting all the pages, but it's 115 pages - plus I was going to print another 18 anyway. I have also found more fabric I may as well cut up.
SANDRA Good to hear Gina is doing better, awful to have that Lyme's (((hugs))) Enjoy your day of rest!!
HOLLY thanks for all the info - I had no idea about all that, serious damage those little buggers do. Glad Ralph got treatment quickly
JANET thanks too, good to hear you got treatment as well, I guess some Drs don't have the right info. Nice you had a break away.
I'm lucky with my Dr, he's always reading up on things, and often does with me even in the rooms.
DEVONNE sounds like Shelby might have those issues from now on, and often it's better to contact her in the morning (((hugs)))
Time to shut this down, I will sew a bit more then head to bed. It's been quiet in the house, but the noise will start again tomorrow - he'll be home in the afternoon

Apparently DH has something or things in that small brain of his…lol…he hasn’t slept well in weeks and has become irritated, unfriendly and bossy…etc. He gets like this now and then but usually only lasts a day or so. I’ve learned after all these years to keep my mouth shut (very hard for me) and carry on.
Trish- maybe just the birthdays?

IT'S TRUE......
1. JUST STANDING HERE PATIENTLY WAITING FOR THE WISDOM THAT'S SUPPOSED TO COME WITH OLD AGE. ANY MINUTE NOW.
2. I'M NOT FAT. GOD GAVE ME AIRBAGS CAUSE I'M PRECIOUS.
OUR SUMMER IS JUST BEAUTIFUL. MAYBE A LITTLE MORE RAIN WOULDN'T HURT.\
TRISH.......I AM CONTENT NOT TO ADD ANNIVERSARY DATES FOR DECEASED COUPLES. I KNOW I LIKE TO KEEP MY OWN ANNIVERSARY QUIET AND PERSONAL.
I LIKE THE IDEA OF LISTING THE OTHER SPECIAL DAYS FOR THE WEEK THO. ITS A NICE REMINDER NOT TO FORGET.
ITS SUNDAY, MY DAY OF REST AND I WILL. LOVELY DAY OUT THERE. I MAY DO SOME READING OUT ON THE BACK PATIO AND ENJOY THE GARDEN.
MY SON SHOPPED AND GOT ALL I NEEDED YESTERDAY AND WENT HOME WITH FOOD, PER USUAL. HE HAD MOWING AND WEEDEATING TO DO. ITS SOMETHING HE DIDN'T MISS WHEN HE RENTED HIS APARTMENT. NOW WEEKENDS MEAN YARD WORK AGAIN.
I AM THINKING OF MAKING SOME STEAK PIZZIOLA TODAY. THAT'S STEAK COOKED SLOWLY IN TOMATO SAUCE AND OH, SOOOO TENDER AND TASTY. I HAVE SOME SAUSAGE PATTIES AND FRIED POTATOES FOR LUNCH THAT NEED EATING. I PRECOOKED THEM YESTERDAY. I KNOW I WILL GO OVER ON MY CALORIES THIS WEEKEND. I ALREADY MADE A START BY MUNCHING ON POTATO STICKS YESTERDAY. ITS ONE OF THE SNACKS I REALLY ENJOY.
STAY SAFE MY FRIENDS. HUGS FOR YOU ALL. QB S ![]()

Good afternoon. Caught up on reading here; now time to say a few things. We went to the Gabriel Home picnic, yesterday. The weather was perfect, slightly cloudy and cooler. The food, as always, was delish and being with them again, a great pleasure. We sat at a card table with two sisters who were from a Greek background so the kept up entertained. Turns out one of them teaches with my friend, Bobbie's son so we had something mutual. The other sister sat next to me and after we got well acquainted, I just couldn't resisting sticking my snow white 'Dutch' arm next to her darkly tanned (over multiple tattoos) 'Greek' arm and we all had a big laugh over that with no offense in any way.
Somebody also brought a French bull dog puppy who stole the show. She was more than darling.
Linda, best wishes for your sister's recovery. Glad that's over for her.
Hope you get to see her soon, too.
Cheryl how loving of Dean to want to spare you long hours of sitting with him and/or a long drive home. He IS one in a million. Nice of Jessie to visit and bring you some treats. Too bad about her personal life. I actually hope she stays single. Better that than a life of unknowns and possibly more misery.![]()
Trish, how scary, falling while you're alone and not even sure of the extent of your injuries. (I know Pete was there, but...) I suppose it sort of spoiled your anticipated time to yourself, too. Glad it wasn't worse and your vision is okay. Boy, one just never knows, do they?
Janet, that sounds like a nice little get away for you two. Did you help out the new quilt shop owner?
Did she have anything that was new to you? That's what I try to do...keep still and go about my own business. And, most important, let each day be its own and start anew with the next one even if I don't feel like it.
I've quickly made some BLT pasta salad for supper (without the lettuce). Just couldn't cobble together anything else from our leftovers. It's hanging out in the frig until 5 o'clock when we usually eat. So for the next 1/2 hour, I'm going out on the front porch for some summer air. It's hot so I may not stay.
Have a good evening and sweet dreams. ![]()

MIXED METAPHORS......
1. LET DEAD DOGS SLEEP.
2. STOP BEATING A DEAD HORSE TO DEATH.
WEATHER IS THE SAME. 70S OR LOW 80S DAYS AND HIGH 50S AND MID 60S AT NITE. WONDERFUL. I JUST WITH WE WOULD GET SOME RAIN.
JUDY......HOW NICE YOU HAD A GOOD TIME AT GABRIEL HOME. YOU ALWAYS SEEM TO ENJOY GOING BACK FOR THE PARTIES.
LINDA.....PRAYERS AND POSITIVE THOUGHTS FOR YOUR SIS THAT SHE FEELS BETTER TODAY AND HAS MUCH LESS PAIN. HUGS.
MY GRDAU IS DOING MUCH BETTER. SHE WAS AT THE POOL AGAIN YESTERDAY ENJOYING HER LAZY DAY.
I WATCHED GRANCHESTER LAST NITE AND IT WAS THE FIRST OF A 2-PARTER KEEPING US IN SUSPENSE TIL NEXT WEEK. I REALLY NEVER LIKE A 2-PARTER. I LIKE INSTANT SATISFACTION. NORMALLY I WOULD HAVE JUST SAVED THE PROGRAM AND WATCHED BOTH THE SAME NITE BUT I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS A 2-PARTER. I THINK THIS MUST BE THE LAST SHOW COMING UP. THEY CLAIM ITS A FINALE YEAR AND YOU KNOW THAT BRITISH SERIES ARE ONLY 5 OR 6 SHOWS A SEASON, NOT LIKE OURS THAT RUN FOR 12 OR MORE FOR A SEASON.
I MADE THE STEAK PIZZIOLA LAST NITE AND IT WAS DELISH. I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE STEAK IN A SUB BUT THOUGHT BETTER OF IT. I'VE BEEN HAVING TOO MANY CALORIES THIS WEEKEND SO JUST HAD THE SAUCY STEAK WITH A SALAD. DELISH AND SATISFIED ME. I HAVE ENUF FOR A MEAL TODAY.
ITS BACK TO MONTHLY (THE BATHROOM) CHORES FOR THE WEEK AND THE EASY DAILY ONES. KEEPS ME ALERT AND ACTIVE. DOING THESE CHORES ON THIS SCHEDULE KEEPS THE SCRUBBING AND RE-ORGANIZING BITS DOWN TO A MINIMUM.
OFF TO DO MY LAPS LADIES. STAY SAFE. HUGS, QB S ![]()

QB, I didn't realize Granchester was a 2-parter, either. And they fly through the previews so fast it's hard to figure out what might be coming up. On our Chicago PBS, they are showing all Downton Abbey shows in order at 9 pm on Sunday nights. When it first ran, somehow I didn't get started properly and then was never able to catch up or keep up so this is a huge bonus for me and Howard is watching along, too. Next week starts Season 3.
It's very dark and grumbly outside with rain coming, surely. Taking it's time, though. Still quite humid, but somewhat cooler.
I have a teeth cleaning appt. at 2. Called them because I misplaced my calendar and wanted to be sure. Also, am finding out more and more the medical offices give you one time and somehow it gets changed without my being notified. I did find my calendar and I had it down for 1:20 but was told it's at 2, for which I'm glad. It is an appt. that I've had scheduled for 3 mos., the first I could get after my two crowns. I wonder what is the reason for that?
So, I'm off for now. Need to eat a bite before we go, too.
Indy
ETA: I canceled my dental appt. due to a rain storm and tornado and/or extremely high wind warnings. We spent time in basement until the all clear was broadcast. Scary and I was glad I made that decision.

Afternoon y'all! ![]()
San if you are reading I got your letter and PM'd Trish! ![]()
San had lost access to the site, then lost the password.... She is reading but cannot comment. I have her email if anyone wants it. ![]()
I have been working on uploading this, that, and the other to send to the oil company. Got a call today that things were cut off, so I am trying to figure out how to help her. It's Monday and my brain went north for the summer!![]()
We are trying to prepare for our cruise. It's a week from tomorrow, we leave here, spend a day in Vancouver BC, then the next day we're on the ship, then land/rail/bus, then back on a plane to home. 2 weeks we will be gone. Not taking the laptop, to many transfers, so afraid it may be lost. ![]()
Simba is my chicken little. Today we were doing our morning walk and the lightning alarm, for the golf course next to us, went off and he paw planted and the walk was done for the day. ![]()
Sara is working through all the security and clearance stuff for the new job. Just takes time!![]()
Alex will stay here with the most important one while we are gone. Simba loves him so it works. ![]()
Sara and I went shopping on Saturday. I needed bras. I didn't like anything we saw, and they are outrageously expensive. Plus limited options in my size. Even with my Macy's discount, way too much, and they were on sale. Came home and ordered from Amazon. We also ordered Zipper clips. Those are for when you have the double zipper on something. Keeps thieves from being able the quietly open your bag and steal stuff. I have one that I got at the retreat. Sara is going to Mexico, the day after we leave, for a concert, and loved the idea of them for their stuff, she is going with a friend. We both will have our stuff as secure as we can get it. ![]()
Not much else going on. Boring as usual! ![]()
Later my Friends! ![]()

Trish, I normally say "today would have been our ___ anniversary," so no need to post them.
Gary came by today. I had some food to give him. I bought Bob Evans Mac & Cheese & I didn't like the cheese. The kids will eat it though. I also got Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes, which I do like (boy, am I lazy, lol.
). Also gave him Arbys curly fries I never ordered, but got free from Walmart. Also got free Comet that none of us use. It will go to the thrift store.
I have been collecting casserole dishes and Corningware items. Corningware sold out to another company (? Brands) in 1998. The Corningware now isn't made out of the same stuff as the original items. Hang onto them if you have any.
Hi San/Dianne, hope you can get back with us soon! We have missed you.

STRINGS I hope your darling sis is better soon, and that both you and D are well, you sure do have a lot to deal with right now ((((hugs))))
THERESA thanks for the PM, I replied, and hopefully she will be back soon!!
DEVONNE I was thinking the same thing about Anniv dates, I will edit what I have posted in advance
Thank you everyone for the input!
SANDRA I hope your day went well, you do so well with the eating, a little set back once in a while is OK, I have been so lucky no idea what has happened, but my weight has stabilised, it's up and down 1/2 pound, but that is all, and that is expected for different times of the day. I do enjoy a little treat, but I think the english muffins I have been having help, maybe they have less "stuff" that the wholemeal bread ?? I'd weird, but since having them for breakfast with poached egg, or just with a little butter and ginger marmalade or Vegemite the weight has stayed off, no other meals have changed really, and I can have my snacks occasionally.
INDY I love how you still go to Gabriel, they must be wonderful people, the brothers have been back to the hostel twice here, once for a memorial to all who passed recently, and once to deliver her owl collection ( their mothers really ) they won't be going back again though, they don't have a connection with the staff, and will just go further up the mountain to her "niche" in the wall. I'm kind of glad we won't be back, doesn't hold good many memories.
I went to training this morning, I was very careful and only did a little weight. And no bending or lifting overhead, the girls were shocked to see me, so I kept my sunglasses on, then I had my hair cut, same, glasses on till I got there, they were very careful washing and the cutting was fine.
I found some more fabric, and did a bit of tidy up in the spare room, the tech will be here on Thursday, so he needs a bit of space.
Heading off here to see how I can reconnect San

IRISH BULL......
1. PEOPLE ARE MORE FUN THAN ANYBODY...DOROTHY PARKER
2. I DON'T WANT TO BE A MILLIONAIRE. I JUST WANT TO LIVE LIKE ONE......JOE E. LEWIS
TODAY IS THE USUAL. I WON'T BE OUT IN IT THOUGH. THINGS TO DO.
JUDY.....I THINK I LIKE THIS VERSION OF GRANTCHESTER BEST. AS FOR GEORDIE, I'VE FOLLOWED HIM ON HIS DOCUMENTARY OF FISHING FOR UNUSUAL FISH AROUND THE GLOBE. NOW HE'LL HAVE MORE TIME FOR THAT AFTER THIS SERIES.
I HAVE WATCHED DOWNTON ABBEY FROM THE FIRST ONE AND ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO THE NEXT ONE. I SAVED A FEW OF MY FAVORITES INCLUDING THE FINALE SO I CAN REWATCH NOW AND THEN.
ANOTHER I LOVE IS DOC MARTIN WHICH, LUCKY ME, IS BEING RERUN ON THE OVATION CHANNEL. I AM CATCHING A FEW OF THOSE AGAIN AS WELL THE NEW AMERICAN VERSION SEEMS TO HAVE DISAPPEARED. I DON'T MISS IS. SOME OF THE FOLKS WERE NUTSY ON THE NEW ONE. JUST MY HUMBLE OPINION.
THERESA.....WILL THE DRAMA WITH THE OIL COMPANY EVER END FOR YOU? ITS TAKEN MUCH TOO MUCH TIME OUT OF YOUR LIFE. MAYBE THAT'S HOW THEY PLAN IT SO CUSTOMERS WILL JUST GIVE UP AND FORGET THEM AND THEY CAN KEEP THEIR MONEY.
I HAVE MY HAMPER READY TO DO MY LAUNDRY TODAY. I WILL CHECK TO SEE IF THE WASHERS ARE FREE. I'D LIKE TO GET IS DONE THIS MORNING.
I HAVE LEFTOVERS TO EAT SO WON'T GO HUNGRY TODAY. I AM SLOWLY EATING UP SOME OF MY SNACKS SO THAT IS GOOD. THEY WON'T BE TEMPTING ME TO CHEAT.
I HOPE TO MAKE SOME MAC N CHEESE SOMETIME SOON. ALSO SOME POTATO PANCAKES BUT I CUT MY RIGHT INDEX FINGER ON THE CUTTING BLADE OF AN ALUMINUM FOIL BOX AND DON'T WANT TO USE MY GRATER JUST YET. THEY WILL HAVE TO WAIT.
I WILL HAVE SOME NEW ANGUISHED SAYINGS FOR YOU SOON. I JUST ORDERED 3 MORE ANGUISHED ENGLISH BOOKS IN THE SERIES. I WON'T HAVE TO REPEAT ANY FOR AGES NOW.
STAY SAFE AND HAPPY MY FRIENDS. HUGS, QB S ![]()

My doctor wants me to take Wegovy, Medicare has a Bridge Program now that will pay for it, the copay is $50 a month. They will only pay for it for weight loss. You can get it in pill form or injections. The injection is once a week. She said because I have heart disease and osteoarthritis in my knees, it will help with both of these as well. I'm doing pretty good with weight loss on my own, but if it would help prevent a stroke/heart attack and help with my knees, maybe I wouldn't need knee replacement? Wishful thinking, huh, lol?
My oncologist also thinks I should take it.
I tried a new protein drink, Oikos Mocha Latte. It was so good, but has 5g of fiber so I was glad to be at home! My body wasn't used to it. I love the mocha flavor. The drink has 30g protein, which I need. It's very filling too. I also like the Nurri mocha protein drink.
I'm headed out and about to get some walking in. Today is my "outing" day, which used to be our date day. I always eat before I leave or when I get home. I had breakfast for lunch.
Trish, thank you for all you do for us!

Devonne, Steph has been on injections of Wegovy for about a year, has lost 60 pounds. As far as protein, it’s milligrams per kilogram, with most women needing about 60 mg per day.
I’m in a panic, my Chromebook updated and lost my pattern keeper app. This happened Saturday. Ralph and Manda have been working to try to get it back, with my progress.
We had a nice visit with friends Sunday at Olive Garden. When you think you have problems! One’s son may need a liver transplant, another was just diagnosed with leukemia, another lost her fiancée, brother and mom all in a year. She is now emptying her house, moving into the family house so her dad won’t be alone, and cleaning out a hoarding situation that also involves storage units. Another has a tremor that may require brain surgery. Another’s wife is having IUF this week. So, whew, I’ll keep my problems.
We’re supposed to get a lot of rain starting soon.

QB, we have two PBS choices, one aired from Chicago and one from NW Indiana. Neither has the old Doc Martin at this time. I loved it but the new one isn't for me and I can't even figure out why it was made, even though Martin Clune did appear in it once. I do rather feel that Granchester has run it's course by this time. We watch quite a few PBS offerings. Howard wouldn't have touched them in an earlier time, but he seems to really enjoy most, now, which has it's benefits for me--as in us disagreeing on what to watch...![]()
That is good news about San. Hopefully, she'll be back with us, soon. We all add our own flavor to this group and it has broadened my world, immensely. ![]()
We were without power for about six hours last night. So, during that time, Tom, next door, came to our front door re: 'that' and he'd brought a a pkg. of ours wrongly delivered to them plus he needed to check something on U-tube with our wi-fi. (Our whole house generator was running so WE had power.) After answering the doorbell, Howard went back to doing something with one of his computers in sight of the front door and left Tom standing there. I couldn't see him and thought he had gone home and commented so to Howard, and Tom answered me! Howard had walked away from Tom, left him standing outside the screendoor on the porch, for at least 5 or 6 minutes and Tom just stood there. Long story short, we told him to come on in and he was able to get the info he needed from U-Tube. MEN! Where are their brains?
One was almost as bad as the other. I laughed a long time over than! ![]()
ML called and there was extensive damage all around our area. She saw many pics and comments on Facebook. Near them, a neighbor had 12 trees come down. Their neighborhood still is without power.
Theresa, sounds like a wonderful trip for you and Todd. Wish you could have sewn up all the estate stuff before. Your canine baby will be in good hands.
Since we didn't go to town and the grocery yesterday, I'm at a loss for what to fix for supper tonight. We ended up with baked salmon and lemon rice last night. Oh, I just though of something: Howard will eat a can of clam chowder in a pinch. I think I have one. I can eat anything, like another egg or even a cheese sandwich. Going to see if I have the soup!
Offline
INDY too funny LOL wonder how long he would have stood there, you are right - MEN!! can't figure them out sometimes.
SANDRA I watched a few seasons of Granchester, lost interest after they changed lead character. I still like Geordie but the story didn't grab me anymore, like you I can re watch Doc M and Midsomer al the time, I still haven't seen all of Downton Abbey ---- INDY we visited the castle when we were there in 2024, incredible that it's still owned by family, HUGE grounds and beautiful gardens, 1000s of pictures of family everywhere, I have never seen so many in a home.. every table and nook and cranny.
I keep telling myself to watch it from the beginning having see the place, they only open it a few months of the year.
DEVONNE do what your Drs advise, and do it with them and their monitoring - there can be side effects, Gary has been on similar for a while, he's on maintenance dose now, he had to for his diabetes, he needed to lose weight and diet and exercise with Dr wasn't working, they had to get him on that, Megan has been lucky, she has lost around 40lb now just with training, she is looking good.
HOLLY that is a right pain in the neck
I hope you can get it back, does it save to a cloud?? Can you restore to an earlier time, I did that once when I still had Windows. Took a long time, but I found out how. Maybe a computer place can help. frustrating!!
STRINGS hope things are better today for your sis (((hugs)))
THERESA another day and hopefully closer to the end ((((hugs)))
I have the tech coming tomorrow, maybe he can sort out the slow speed, it's actually not too bad tonight, but this morning was awful I have done a few speed tests and recorded them, maybe we just need a new modem. Fingers crossed!
I have a headache - did some sewing and my eyes are tired tonight, I think because my vision is out of whack with the eye still swollen and lid partially covering - I did part of a block to try it, totally wrecked it, and started again, and the new one is perfect. So at least I now have the right plan for the Trentham quilt.
I haven't heard back from San yet, maybe she hasn't seen the email. SAN if you are reading, please check for mail from me, maybe it's gone to spam, I have changed your password and your user name is San of course.

CAN YOU GET OVATION CHANNEL? IT AIRS SEVERAL OF THE BRITISH SERIES LIKE MIDSOMER MURDERS, DOC MARTIN AND OTHERS. ITS A FAVORITE GO-TO CHANNEL FOR ME.
TRISH......I LOST INTEREST IN GRANTCHESTER AFTER THE LAST, WAS IT THE 3RD VICAR? THEY WERE JUST NOT TO MY TASTE. BUT THEN THEY CAME UP WITH THE VICAR ALPHY, OF INDIAN DESCENT, AND THE STORIES IMPROVED AGAIN. I WILL BE SORRY TO SEE THEM FINISH.

I HAD MY SON GET ME SOME PUFF PASTRY. I THOUGHT I MIGHT TRY TO MAKE BUNDIES WITH PUFF PASTRY INSTEAD OF MAKING MY OWN PIE DOUGH. IT WOULD BE SIMPLER. IT DEPENDS ON HOW IT ALL TASTES. HE WILL BE A GUINEA PIG IN A WEEK AND A HALF WHEN I PLAN TO MAKE SOME FOR HIM AND MYSELF.
NEIGHBOR BROUGHT ME A JELLY DONUT LAST NITE SO I AM HAVING HALF OF IT FOR BREAKFAST TODAY. I WEIGHED IN AND I WEIGH 223.6 LBS AT 5'6" IN HEIGHT. THAT'S STILL WAY TOO MUCH WEIGHT FOR ME TO CARRY SO I CONTINUE ON MY VOYAGE TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT. I SEEM TO BE AT A STANDSTILL. ITS ALL THOSE SNACKS I CAN'T SEEM TO IGNORE. MY BAD.

Welcome back, San! What's going on in your world?
Holly, reading all those people's problems made me feel very appreciative of my life. Your pattern keeper isn't gone, it's just hiding. Did you go into Settings, to the Google Play Store & make sure it's still turned on?
My doctor sent the Wegovy authorization to Walmart, but it's still pending. I will stop it immediately if I notice any side effects. My best friend had vision problems on it.
Carter got his high school schedule yesterday. Greg said they change their classes every semester. I guess this is the same at every HS. Tomorrow they have orientation. It's a nice HS and gets great reviews.
Last week an 18 wheeler had a blowout in front of Greg. He said lots of things were flying at him. He went to a collision place instead of the Tesla dealership. They ordered it & they put it on today for $80. Glad he was ok.
I gained 2 lbs. I wanted to be at 205 by August 1st.
My downfall was cashews. Most I've gained since last September!
Judy, I hope this isn't the start of memory loss. You are such a good wife to Howard. When I asked what's on our dinner plan, DH would often say "let's go out to eat." Fast food, of course, not good! ![]()
Can y'all see this hummingbird picture below? If not, I can't use Post Images anymore and will need to look for another image loading site.

Hi everyone,
Going to try to post some pictures off my latest project.. photos saved on my phone, so not sure if I can without copying to my tablet first..
It wants me to create an account on some site to be able to post pictues.,
I will describe it abit, a quilt coin purse.. a lady with a broken back at Bend camp meeting asked if I could make one.. I am surprising her.. I used seashell fabric and a light blue for the lining.. I quilted it be outlining each seashell with a light blue variegated embroidery thread.. using back stitch on one side (I like this side best) and other side I used a running stitch.. it was a hand stitched.. I still need to work on both my sewing machines - grandson loves messing with dials, etc. To get them working again... my main machine I need to get the front tension dial back on and to stay on and work.. the second I just need time to adjust all the dials, tension, stitches, etc..
Still spend most my time in living room, helping keep an eye on dgs Noah - 5 years old.. he is a handful most days.. always wanting to be moving..
Later.. have a great day..
Hugs 🫂, waves 👋, smiles 😃, prayers 🙏 ..
