Mom is about the same.  I have tried reporting these incidents to the ombudsman, but they don't call me back! 

Not much going on here, hot, hot hot!  I did learn this week that the heat index is based on the feels like in the shade, not in the sun, so I guess it's super duper hot in the sun!

SANDRA hope the cleaning went well, and you feel better today, great win!!! I love to hear that, although realistically you can't always win, and the losses are not too big. I do the same as you, often thaw too much, and then have to use it LOL

INDY those kids were lucky she took them with all the health issues, sounds like they tuned out better than the last child. Like all kids they do "tell tales" as a teacher Megan tells me the stories she could repeat, make your hair curl LOL

CHERYL your days are now as hot as ours are cold LOL it was so cold yesterday, it didn't get warm even with the a/c on all day, today was better, but still pretty cold. It's actually warmer here than where the Mr is up north - he's not happy!

I had a very productive few days, ended up tossing out 2 full large 'wheelie' bins of =19.5pxstuff, they hold a  massive amount and it was hard to wheel them out, I spent the rest of the time sorting out things and trying to condense what was on the shelves, still along way to go, but I have time tomorrow.

Today was training but I was able to cook the bread before I left, lucky I did, we had so much running today, I don't run the whole time, just too hard - I do a fast walk, each group of exercises had a run of the basket ball court between, so all up, a few runs before we started, then 20 runs of the court throughout the time, I was officially DONE at the end.
The Mr turned off his phone on Thursday night and didn't turn it back on - honestly, I had tried and tried to contact him, but apparently Megan had also, today (Sat am) I sent him a message a 7.30am, then messaged Megan to ask her to contact Kym (her friend)  who is Steve's partner who he travelled with to find out if there was a problem, he rang me then, then he returned Megan's messages, she told him if he left his phone off so no one could contact him again she would be around to our place to change the locks on him see how he liked being homeless, she was furious with him, gave him "hot tongue and cold shoulder" when he tried to explain he forgot LOL 
We tried to explain to him that if we didn't have Kym as a contact we had no way of contacting him at all. That info went straight over his head LOL

Pete and I had dinner with Gary last night, and tonight I had a couple freezer meals for us, both very nice, and no cooking for me. I also played with Julie's new quilt block, finished it and then realised I had put one of the fabrics in wrong way, it is noticeable, sometimes you can get away with wrong side, not this time, so unpicking that piece tomorrow, too tired tonight  - I'll take a pic tomorrow.

SIGN GONE WRONG.....

WILL BE IN THE 80S TODAY.  MY SON IS GOING TO THE BEACH.  TOMORROW WILL SEE SOME RAIN AGAIN.

BJ AND TRACY......WHEN MY MOM HAD CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE SHE DIDN'T GET SICK BUT SHE DID GET WEAKER AS TIME PASSED.  THAT FRANK IS FEELING SICK IS STRANGE TO ME.  LIKE THE 2ND DR SAID ITS PROBABLY A FLU HITTING HIM AND NOT HIS HEART.

A TRULY BEAUTIFUL DAY HERE IN MAINE.  TEMPS IN 70S AND 80S.  LOVELY WEATHER.  
LAST NITE I WAS JUST TOO TIRED TO COOK AND BESIDES, MY SON ISN'T COMING TIL SUNDAY SO I COULD PUT OFF THE VEG/BEEF SOUP ANOTHER DAY, THANK GOODNESS.
MY GRDAU CAME AND CLEANED FOR ME YESTERDAY.  SHE DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TIME, SHE TOLD ME, BUT SHE WAS ABLE TO DO A FEW THINGS THAT ARE DIFFICULT FOR ME TO DO WELL.  UNFORTUNATELY, MY DAU HAD TO WORK EVERY DAY THIS WEEK SO SHE COULD NOT CLEAN FOR ME.  SHE'S A REGULAR DYNAMO SO I MISSED HER.  I WANT HER BACK.  

TODAY I HAVE A FEW SIMPLE TASKS.  THE VACUUMING AND SORTING MY PILLS FOR THE WEEK. AND COOKING LATER. I WILL ADD OTHER STUFF IF I FEEL UP TO IT.  I GOT LOTS OF SLEEP LAST NITE SO I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER THAN YESTEDAY.  I WILL BE DOING MY LAPS WHEN I AM THRU HERE.

THAT'S ABOUT IT LADIES.  DULL, DULL, DULL BUT AT LEAST I'M ALIVE.  THAT'S A GOOD THING.
I AM THANKFUL FOR GOOD CHILDREN WHO TAKE CARE OF MY NEEDS WHEN I NEED THEM.
I AM THANKFUL FOR A WONDERFUL SUMMER IN MAINE.
I AM THANKFUL I CAN STILL PUT ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER, MOST OF THE TIME.

Devonne, so sorry. I am sure a based decision, but the right one. Know you will miss her. We will miss hearing about her. Be kind to your self.
