Crock pot pasta casserole

1- 1.5 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced (I use the garlic in a jar)
1 15 Oz can tomato sauce ( I used a can of progreso tomato basil soup)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Italian seasoning
10 Oz fresh or thawed frozen spinach
8-16 Oz bow tie or elbow pasta, cooked
1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese
1.5 c mozzarella cheese, shredded (I used 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend instead)

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Put in crock pot and add sauce, tomatoes, and seasonings. Cook 6-7 hours on low. Add the last four ingredients during the last 30 minutes, can turn crock pot to high. I added all but a half cup of the cheese, stirred well, and put the half cup cheese on the top so it melts.
