Pumpkin Chili

2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can baked beans, undrained
1 can black beans, drained
1 16 oz can pumpkin
1 jar salsa
2 cans or 1 32 oz box tomato soup, undiluted
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

In large pot, cook beef and onion over medium hear, til no longer pink; drain. Stir in remainder of ingredients. Add water if desired to reduce thickness. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour.
