    Baked salsa chicken

    Chicken breasts
    taco seasoning
    salsa
    mexican blend shredded cheese, if desired

    preheat oven to 375. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise, and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Spray baking pan. Put chicken on baking dish, and cover with salsa. Bake 30 minutes. If cheese is desired, remove pan from oven, sprinkle with cheese, and return to oven for a few minutes more to melt the cheese.
