These are so easy to make and so yummy!

Cookie:
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs (shisked)
1/3 cup oil

Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons milk
2  and 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350.  Combine the cookie ingredients in a oarge box and mix until completely incorporated.  NOTE:  The dough will be very thick.
Using a medium sized cookie scoop ( or heaping tablespoon), scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes before removing them to a cooling rack.  Repeat until all dough is baked,  NOTE:  I usually get 6 cookies on a sheet.)

Frosting:
Combine the butter, cocoa and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the mixture has melted.  Remove from heat and add powdered sugar until smooth.
Pour frosting over the cookies.  Use a knife or spoon to remove excess frosting and to make sure each cookie is completely covered.
Let frosting set.  Keep in an air tight container at room temp for up to three days.
