Found this for you Marilynn, I would change outt he things you don't care for, cilantro for me!!, but suggest using the protein powder, it's been really good for me to keep my protein intake up. Our fitness expert says no more than 2 serves of protein powder a day though, get the rest naturally, eggs, lean meats etc
